Program Leader Needed at BASE:
Our BASE program is looking to hire a Program Leader. Please see the below qualifications. If you are interested, please apply through htps://www.dcsdk12.org under "Careers".

Job Description:

Responsible for supervising and guiding children in the program under the direction of program leadership. Plans and implements activities, communicates with families, and promotes good community relations.

Essential Physical Requirements:  

 - Occasional lifting five (5) to fifty (50) pounds
 - Frequent bending, stooping, walking, standing, kneeling, crawling, squatting, reaching, sitting 

Qualifications:
 - 480 hours of working with school-aged children (5-12 years old)
 - 18 years old or older
Willing to work split shift during school days (6:15 am-8:45 am; 3:00 pm-6:30 pm).  More hours available on breaks and PLC days.

Flu Shot Clinic:
If you are interested in receiving a flu shot, you can attend our flu shot clinic on Monday, September 30th. You will need to call the office to sign up in advance, complete a consent form, and bring your insurance card. Documents are located in the folder fliers above.   

Clothes for the Health Room:
We are in need of gently used Boys/Girls/Unisex Bottoms Sizes 4T-10. We are also need Boys/Girls underwear. If you have any to spare, please drop items off at the office. Thank you! 

Fundraiser for Iron Horse Student:
Please join us in supporting one of our students who has Angelman Syndrome. His father will be doing a 27 hour Cross-fit challenge to raise funds for the treatment and cure of the syndrome.
